? To be fully conversant with the technical systems in order to maximize their effectiveness.
能娴熟操作所有的设备并能保证它们正常有效的工作。
? To be fully conversant with the Company and the Hotel’s marketing programs.
对和公司的市场营销项目有非常娴熟的认知和了解。
? To provide professional specialised support assistance to the lounge staff in terms of company research, appointment making and other services.
在行政酒廊提供专业化的支持和协助给公司调研会议,约会以及其他服务。
? To support the conference organisers where necessary.
在必要时也向会议组织协调提供同步的商务支持和协助。
? To build relations with internal and external customers in order to maximise the services we may offer to our guests.

? To ensure that Club Lounge always in good condition.
保持行政酒廊始终环境良好。
? To attend Front Office meetings.
参加前厅部会议。
? To ensure effective communication logs are maintained with regard to guest requests or recommendations

? To ensure effective promotion of the hotel facilities, services and promotions in order to maximizes revenue.

? ? To perform the other guest service officer roles if necessary.

? 3 years experience in related position. (No less than 1 year in captain leadership).
具备3年以上相关职位的工作经验(不低于1年领班以上工作经验)。
? Related F&ampB knowledge.
具备一定的餐饮知识。
? Related training experience.
