assist eam i/c food &amp beverage in ensuring that all kempinski and hotel policies and procedures and minimum standards are adhered to.

assist eam i/c food &amp beverage in monitoring service and food and beverage standards. to work with the outlet managers, banquet manager and outlet chefs to take corrective action where necessary.

assist on special projects assigned to him by eam i/c food and beverage.
与行政总厨保持紧密联系
liases with the utive chef concerning food matters.
必要时协助餐厅和宴会经理管理餐厅
assist in management of outlets and banquets when necessary.
