岗位职责

assists all arriving and departing guests.
协助所有来店及离店的客人。
ensure a smooth flow of traffic in front of the hotel.
确保前交通的畅通。
unload and load luggage from vehicles when required.  check taxis and guest vehicles for any luggage left behind.
在需要时帮客人从车上卸行李以及装行李。检查出租车或客人的车没有任何行李落下。
escorts customers to room, placing luggage in the room. confirm with the guest the number of bags to be received.
陪同客人到房间，将行李放置于屋内。与客人确定行李到达的件数是否正确。
inspect guest room for order and adequate supplies and describes amenities to guest.
检查客房的秩序以及供给是否充足，并向客人描述各项设施的使用方法。
provide guests with a vast knowledge of city attractions and activities.
为客人提供丰富的旅游景点信息以及活动介绍。
perform other duties as required by chief concierge, utive assistant manager or any other duty managers.
执行礼宾部主管、行政助理经理或是任何其他值班经理所要求的其他工作。
exhibits knowledge of all hotel emergency procedures.
掌握所有的应急操作步骤。
keeps entrance clear of cars.
保持入口车辆畅通。

have international 5 star hotel experience prefer
有国际五星级工作经验者优先
high school diploma required

strong computer systems skills including reservations and reporting systems
