岗位职责
Responsibilities:
1) Manage and lead an efficient and professional documentation team who will exceed customer’s expectation.
2) Monitor and allocate resources according to productivity level in order to achieve service excellence.
3) Review and identify customers’ needs and requirements in daily communication with origin and regional offices.
4) Pro-actively communicate with internal and external customers on industrial, country and company initiatives and changes.
5) Review and implement new initiative from internal and external customers.
6) Support and roll out any system or process enhancement implemented by corporate.
7) Achieve consistency in output of docs / services that is timely, complete &ampampamp accurate.
Qualification:
1) Education: Bachelor education is required, with preference for Logistics Management.
2) 3 years of working experience in similar industry with at least 1 year in supervisory capacity.
3) Customer oriented with the ability to establish strong relationships and interact effectively with customers at various levels.
4) Self-driven and motivated, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
5) Professional with positive self-image, strong spoken and written communication skills.
6) Possess Customer Service mindset and passion for service excellence.
7) Ability to effectively &ampampamp efficiently adopt/adapt information technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
8) Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English.
