Coordinates the set-up of restaurant and lounge areas in accordance with Brand standards
调整餐厅/酒廊的摆台，使之符合集团标准的要求。
Oversees the food and beverage service provided in assigned outlet coaches employees on effective service and food presentation techniques
检查餐厅的食品及酒水服务，指导员工提高服务技能和食品展示技能。
Conducts daily pre-shift meetings to discuss specials, house count, reservations and new menu items
组织每日班前例会，分享特别信息，住房率，预定情况以及菜单上新增的菜品。
Supervises servers and bar persons, verifying that their workstations are stocked, neat and orderly.
监督服务员和吧员，检验他们的工作台，确保整洁、有序、储备充足
Ensures that the dining room are in a neat and orderly condition at all times.

Provides customer with quality service by monitoring staff assignments and responsiveness.

Liaise with kitchen to ensure timely service and highest standard of food and presentation is adhered to.

Attention to hygiene and restaurant cleanliness.

Ensures proper grooming, hygiene and prompt attendance of all employees as per rosters and counsel as and when required.

Ensure that all assets within areas of work are maintained and secure at all times.

Ensures all approval for voids and any discrepancies are reported immediately and followed up in a timely manner.

Assists in conducting monthly stock takes.

Responsible for cashiering during hours when rostered on and ensures correct accounting procedures are followed.

Minimum two restaurant experience, preferably in hospitality industry
至少两年以上的品牌餐厅工作经验
High school diploma required
高中以上文凭
Strong oral and written communication skills

Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
