DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
1. Receives information regarding VIP blockings, arrivals and informs concerned Housekeeping personnel for appropriate action.
接收关于贵宾到达的信息,并通知部门相关人员做好适当准备
2. Summarizes morning and afternoon Floor Occupancy Reports for immediate distribution to Departments concerned to check room discrepancies.
总结上午和下午的住客情况报告,以便及时发现差异房
3. Takes down dictation and drafts simple correspondence.
记录所听到的内容,并起草一般的信件
4. Types all reports, schedules, memoranda and correspondence for the Housekeeping Department and maintains files of all Housekeeping records.
打印客房部所有的报表,计划表,备忘录和信件并保管所有客房部的记录文件
5. Receives all Housekeeping calls and logs all messages for immediate action/follow-up.
接听客房部的所有电话并迅速的记录所有的留言
6. Prepares maintenance and work orders submitted by all supervisors.
为主管呈交的保养和工作指示做好准备
7. Takes down minutes of Housekeeping meetings and transcribes same in sufficient copies for distribution.
做好客房部的会议记录并复印足够的份数以便分发
8. Prepares/summarizes room losses and damage reports.
准备/总结客房遗失物品和物品损耗的报表
9. Makes available all housekeeping forms needed for smooth operation.
做好所有客房部运作所需要的表格
10. Receives turned in lost and found items, enter them in the registry indicating all data.
接收移交下来的客人遗留物品,连同所有信息资料放入仓库
11. Performs other related duties that may be assigned.
履行其他可能被委派的相关任务
