Supply enough mise-en-place to ensure a smooth operation
准备充足的原料以确保工作运作正常
Has knowledge of all preparation concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and presentation
熟悉所有出品的原料，烹饪技术及装饰
Ensures quality and freshness of all food preparation
确保所有配料的质量新鲜
Check fridge and Products thoroughly to avoid spoilage
为防止食品变质，要彻底检查冰箱
Has knowledge of all food items concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and preparation
熟悉所有菜的配料烹饪方法及准备工作
Train subordinates continuously in order to upgrade quality and production in a professional way
不断地培训员工，以便以专业的方法提高出品的质量
Is alert in energy saving
Ensure production and quality meets hotel standards
确保出品达到的标准
Establish and maintains good relationships in his section
在所在部门内建立和保持良好的工作关系
Keep good relationships with all his colleagues especially within his department
和其它员工保持良好的关系，尤其在本部门
Follow hotel policies at all times
总是遵守的规章制度
Replace Western Sous Chef when requested and ensure that the work is done properly
在西餐副厨师长请假时，代替他的工作，并确保工作正常进行
Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors
根据上级要求完成其它工作
补充说明

1. Full of Passion on Western Kitchen and food culinary. 
   对于烹饪食物特别是西厨房工作充满了热情。
2. At least one year leader postiono or similar working experience,international hotel western kitchen working experience would be preferred.
   至少一年领班的职位或者主管职位，在品牌西厨房工作经验优先。
3. Madarin skills and industry English skills.
   良好的普通话和行业基本英语。
4. Show Stability and prepare to be developed in hotel industry.
  愿意长期在工作并发展自己的职业生涯。
